What other documents do I need to mail with my tax return form 1040?

My tax return 2009 has the followings:
Schedule A (I itemized)
Schedule B(I have Interest dividends forms)
Schedule D (I solder stocks)
Schedule M and
Form 5695(For claim Residential Energy Credits)
In state of Texas, do I need to send all documents above along with form 1040 to IRS?
I live in Texas and I filed this for federal taxes, not state taxes.

Yes all appropriate forms must be attached to your Form 1040 Federal Income Tax Return.
Don’t forget to have your current address on the return, and DON’T forget to sign the return. Include your SSN on all attachments
Mail to Appropriate Internal Revenue Service Center. Since you are itemizing make sure to keep the receipts or proof of all you are reporting on the Sch A. Make sure to keep a copy of the Tax Return for your records.
good luck
